Napoleon a La Crème

This treat is simply scrumptious and looks beautiful as well. Select your preferred berry to rest on the newly whipped cream. Ingredients:
1 sheet frozen puff pastry – thawed
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp powdered vanilla or vanilla extract
1 pint of fresh berries

Directions:.
1) Preheat oven to 400.
2) Turn out puff bread dough to 12 inches by 12 inches on a softly floured surface.
3) Delicately reduced dough sheet into 9 squares and arrange on silicone baking mat.
