"MWG launched a brand new range of Kindle covers just before Xmas. After some initial sales the product reviews are now in.

Whilst MWG are very happy with these reviews they don't like to rest on their laurels. They utilise a design process that they have termed 'customer refined design'. It involves going through all of the reviews so that they gain an understanding of exactly which design features are working and where they may be lacking. They then take this data back to the design department and modify their Kindle covers so that they are forever approaching perfection as defined by their customers.
