As the passage of time progressively ticks by, there are some things you just cant forget. I discovered this to be so true recently and wished to discuss my experiences, learn just what that was by reading on.
Being a trendy "Granny" now, I'm still young in mind and don't feel whatsoever my age, having just passed by the forty year mark now, but still really feeling mid twenty's at most within, only it just doesn't appear like that when I look at the grown up woman looking back at me in the mirror.
I'm rather practicle at doing things, although my spouse probably wouldn't agree i'm sure. We've had two gorgeous kids with each other, a boy & a girl, although they are no longer babies, years to which I did miss, the teens were the usual horror story, spots, boys, girls, loud music and tantrums, and they made it later through the college years with similar troubles we got to become aware of, spots, boys, girls, loud music and tantrums, my son going on to Uni where doubtless the same troubles will happen once again, and my little girl going on to be married to a delightful young man, who is rather enchanting and a pleasure to have about, the main thing is he keeps my little girl satisfied though, which when growing up we discovered is not such an easy thing to do.
So when we had the statement that they had fallen pregnant, we were all really happy indeed. Afterwards we had the usual troubling pstuff, scans and hospital appointments etc My little girl was really stable throughout the entire process, she kept calm and I was rather supprised at just how well she managed it, far better than me to be honest when I was carrying her, she was the first of our kids to be born.
Towards completion of her maternity, we simply needed to hold a baby shower, all her good friends came to their house, I went too, i'm not just a parent to my little girl but her buddy too, I bought her some wonderful things for the shower, regardless of exactly how old you get you still like to spoil your kids i've discovered, so I got a number of presents of an equally practicle nature, the one she liked the most, of the gifts I gave her, was the Digithermo, a baby thermometer I 'd located on Amazon.com, it came faster than the various other pregnancy gifts I 'd got too, I love amazon for their excellant service. I actually got two of them at the same time, this gave me complimentary delivery and I thought if I had one too then the child would have consistancy when we get to baby sit.
Anyway that was a while back now, the child came out as intended and is healthy, he's a gorgeous little boy, he has his mommies eye's, which has to imply he has mine too as my little girl has mine, I was told when she was born, these eyes do get around! My spouse and I have actually been assisting and it's a joy to be able to babysit for them, it brings back memories and goes to show that you don't forget ways to care for a kid when its a baby, or actually once they have actually grown up.
To assist to take our grandkids temperature I use this DigiThermo It always gives very accurate readings, click the link in the word to find out more about it.
