Our President Joseph Brien was born in Brace bridge, Ontario, Canada in 1963. He attained a B.S. in Finance, from Florida Atlantic College in 1988, a Juris Doctorate degree from the Nova Southeastern College in 1992. Even though at the Nova Southeastern, he was awarded the distinguished Leo Goodwin Scholar award. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and is at present a member in good standing.

Prior to creating Brien Law Team P. L. Joseph Brien worked in South Florida at Glantz & Glantz, P.A. where he focused on customer regulation, debtor legal rights, bankruptcy, foreclosures, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
